Who are our Personal Assistants?
Our PAs all have a minimum of ten years experience working at a senior level for a variety of different individuals and organisations. Our goal is to have a diverse range of skill sets amongst our team, with the common aim to deliver efficient and professional support to our clients.
Anoushka Caro
Anoushka has over twelve years experience working as Personal Assistant to high flying, discerning entrepreneurs and business executives. Identifying a gap in the market, she set up I Need a PA Now to provide top-level, professional PAs to these busy people, but on a demand only, cost controlled basis. Anoushka's experience includes working for key players in technology start-ups, private equity, hedge funds, and venture capital. She has also worked in travel, the security industry and for property management companies. Anoushka holds a degree in Business & Management and has travelled extensively.
Larisa Villar Hauser
Larisa was born into a multinational family and speaks English, Spanish, German, French and Brazilian Portuguese fluently. Having worked both as a Personal Assistant and as a freelance translator for over fifteen years, Larisa has a wealth of solid experience. She has worked within international educational institutions, the creative industries and the medical sector in different locations across Europe, as well as in London and New York. With a BSc in Economics from LSE and a personal interest in writing Larisa serves as a capable Assistant, especially to clients needing assistance with proposals, presentations or wordy projects.
Alexandra Stevenson
Alexandra has considerable PA experience, both at the corporate level and working for private individuals. She comes from an exceptionally strong academic background and graduated from Edinburgh University in History of Art. As Executive Assistant to company Directors, she has been involved in all aspects of PA work from board level appointments through to handling personal administration for her employers. Unfazed by new challenges and incredibly varied, sophisticated and fast-paced work, she has played an active part in many aspects of the businesses she has worked for, including project managing a merger. Since joining the ‘I Need a PA Now’ team, she has been involved in projects for luxury brands consultancies, leading new operational processes as well as being responsible for training and recruitment, writing articles and organizing events. Alexandra also sings professionally and has extensive artistic interests. A key concern for her is organising fundraising events for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, most recently a concert in Sloane Square, London, which raised several thousand pounds for charity.
Natalie Bloom
Following a successful, fast-paced career in the fashion buying industry, Natalie started working as a virtual Personal Assistant. Natalie’s experience has been focused on working with start-up companies and busy entrepreneurs. She has played an active part in many aspects of the small organisations that she has worked for; including building core infrastructure, recruiting of staff, finding new office space, arranging launch events and conferences, overseeing increasingly busy diaries, database management and processing of royalties. Natalie has lived and worked in the USA. There she offered her skills in the charity sector, providing voluntary support to under-privileged schools. Natalie is married with two children and she enjoys running regularly and raising money for charity.
Candice Dolby
Born in South Africa, Candice has spent the last 11 years living and working in London. Starting her career in Investment Banking, Candice has strong PA experience in the Corporate and Finance world supporting senior Directors and Board level executives. Managing busy diaries and co-ordinating complex travel arrangements has been a major part of Candice’s professional experience. She has been successful at organising large scale conferences and events, and she also has a Diploma in Public Relations.
